The ten-minute test
When the urge to eat arrives outside a meal, wait ten minutes and drink a glass of water. True hunger survives the wait and usually grows. Habit-hunger tends to dissolve or move on to something else.
No forbidden foods
This course never bans foods. It builds awareness first, because awareness changes behaviour without the rebellion that bans provoke.
